Purpose & Responsibility

The primary purpose and responsibility of the associate pastor is to assist the Senior Pastor in performing his duties in pastoring and leading the church in pursuing and carrying out its mission and its vision. This includes visitation, office and business supervision, preaching and teaching, plus availability to the Pastor for advice, consultation, and assistance.

PRAISE AND WORSHIP MINISTER

Purpose & Responsibility

The primary responsibility of the Praise and Worship Minister is to lead the Church in EXALTING THE SAVIOR. He ushers the congregation into the presence of the Lord by prayerfully leading in effective praise and worship music. By setting a worshipful atmosphere, he prepares the hearts and minds of the people to receive the Word that comes forth from God’s spokesperson.
