The Mercy Seat Web Site is provided for the use of church members and other authorized users to assist them in carrying out the functions of church business, and to provide a means for the public to contact the Pastor, pastoral and church staff. It is a proprietary system and is subject to monitoring by The Mercy Seat's discretion. Your use of this system implies consent. The Mercy Seat treats all information and messages transmitted over these systems as private messages, which may be monitored by The Mercy Seat.

Generally, The Mercy Seat may monitor the use of The Mercy Seat Web Site for the purpose of evaluating or ensuring service quality.  Because we are responsible to ensure the safety of other Mercy Seat members, the public, and community at large, the data that we collect will be summarized on an aggregate basis and will not identify individuals or member's actions unless the member has given express prior consent. Exceptions to this could be made for the conduct of investigations as to the violations of the law.

Some of The Mercy Seat Web sites may use "cookies" to improve that site's level of service or responsiveness. Cookies are lines of text that are transmitted to our web browser when you click on a site. Your browser stores the information on your hard drive and when you return to that site later, the cookie is transmitted back to the server that originally sent it to you.
